Hi there, I’m Sarah B
my ceremonies are heartfelt yet have a side of cheekiness and fun about them.
I’m passionate about really getting to know my couples and creating their dream day. As your celebrant, your ceremony will be created from scratch, full of joy and packed with love. What most people don’t know is there are only a few things that make a wedding legal. Beyond the formal bits, the rest is up to you! I want you to get creative and make the ceremony uniquely yours.
I am here to guide you and offer suggestions to create a ceremony your friends and family will be talking about for years to come.

My process
stEP one
YOU FOUND ME!
Hurrah! I am so glad we have crossed paths. Let's make time to chat to make sure we are a good fit. I have an initial meeting with couples over Facetime or Zoom and it will take about 15 minutes. We will talk about what you have planned thus far, how you want your ceremony to be and what you want from a celebrant!
stEP two
YOU LOVE ME (AND VICE VERSA!)
If you are ready to go ahead and lock me in… FABULOUS! You can email or call me and I'll send you the next steps. What are those steps?!! I’ll send you my T&C's for you to accept as well as payment details for a 50% non-refundable booking fee, to secure me for your date and time.
stEP Three
ALL LOCKED IN!
Once I receive the deposit, I will send you some homework! I have a brilliant Ceremony Builder that is the A-Z of Ceremonies to help guide you through the process ready for our Ceremony Planning Session. I will also ask for some details so we can lodge your NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage) which has to be lodged at least 1 month before your wedding or up to 18 months before it at most.
I also will send you both a ‘Love Story Questionnaire’ that you will complete to return to me at least 1 month before your ceremony. This is for all the juicy content to base your ceremony around and for me to get to know your love story more!
stEP four
LET’S GET CREATIVE!
We will have a Ceremony Planning Session around 1 month before your ceremony to go through the Ceremony Builder I sent you. We will discuss all the options and possibilities of your ceremony. The remaining portion of your payment is due around then too.
stEP FIVE
THE DAY HAS ARRIVED!
I’ll arrive at your wedding early to set up my super cool and crystal clear BOSE PA system. I will find both of you to sign something called a DONLIM (DECLARATION OF NO LEGAL IMPEDIMENT).
Once that’s done, I’ll meet and greet your guests and get everyone ready for your arrival…. and FINALLY, we have the ceremony you’ve both dreamed of! BAM! YOU ARE MARRIED! (Well there is a bit more paperwork needed from me but you don't need to worry about that!)
stEP six
LEGALS!
Once I have gotten home I will lodge your Official Paperwork with Births, Deaths and Marriages and will send you through all the Marriage Registration details.
stEP seven
you’re married!
That’s it! I pride myself on getting to know my couples and for forging new friendships. I hope this is the case for us too by the end of your wedding journey!
